NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. Open only to legal U.S. residents of the 48 contiguous United States or DC who are 18 or older as of August 24, 2020. Begins August 24, 2020 at 12:00 P.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends August 31, 2020 at 12:00 P.M. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Universal Kids Facebook page located at https://www.facebook.com/UniversalKids/and/or the Universal Kinds Instagram page located at https://www.instagram.com/UniversalKids and submit a comment as instructed in the Facebook or Instagram announcement post, to be posted on or about August 24, 2020 at 12:00 P.M. ET (“Entry”). A Facebook or Instagram account is required to enter the Sweepstakes; if you do not already have an account, you can go to https://www.facebook.com/ or https://www.instagram.com to create a free account. If you choose to submit an Entry via your web-enabled mobile device, data rates may apply. See your wireless service provider for details on rates and capabilities. Limit one (1) Entry per person, regardless of method. On or about September 2, 2020, Universal Kids and NBCUniversal Media, LLC (“Sponsors”) will randomly select five (5) winners from Facebook and five (5) winners from Instagram for a total of ten (10) winners (“Winners,” each a “Winner”) from among all valid Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsors will award ten (10) prizes (“Prizes,” each a “Prize”). Each Winner will receive one (1) Prize consisting of the following: one (1) Universal Kids mask. Limit one (1) Prize per household. Sponsors will make two (2) attempts to notify potential Winner by replying to the Entry or by private message to the Facebook or Instagram account that was used to submit the Entry. Winner must respond within two (2) days of such notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification, and, at Sponsors’ sole discretion an alternate potential Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. Prize redeemable through September 29, 2020. Sponsors’ decision cannot be appealed. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is twenty dollars ($20). ERV of all prizes is two hundred dollars ($200). Actual retail value may vary. All details of Prize will be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsors. Prize, and components thereof, may vary as awarded. By submitting an Entry, entrants agree to the privacy policy, located at https://www.nbcuniversal.com/privacy. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to indemnify, and release and hold harmless, Sponsors, Facebook, Instagram, and each of their affiliated companies, from any liability that may occur from participation in the Sweepstakes and/or use of the Prize. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner.
