She's sad that her parents uprooted the family and moved to Kriss, Massachusetts, the most Christmassy town in the world. But when Holly meets Casper, whom she mistakes for a talking snowman, she begins to learn what friendship really means, and remembers what the spirit of Christmas is all about!
